At NumiWorld, every book is created especially for your child, so please allow extra time for personalisation and printing before your order is dispatched.
Processing time
Please allow 7 business days for us to create and print your personalised book before it ships. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s on its way.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Standard shipping (untracked):
- Domestic (Portugal): €2.50
- Europe: €5
- Rest of World (excl. US): €8
- United States: €10
Tracked shipping (optional upgrade):
- Domestic (Portugal): €5
- Europe: €12
- Rest of World (excl. US): €15
- United States: €18
You can choose tracked shipping at checkout for a tracking number and extra peace of mind.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method chosen. You should expect to receive your book within 14 days of placing your order.
Customs and import charges
For orders shipped outside Portugal/the EU, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged on arrival. These are the customer’s responsibility — NumiWorld has no control over them.
Lost or delayed parcels
If you chose untracked shipping, we can’t confirm delivery status. If your order seems lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@numiworldbooks.com and we’ll help however we can.
